Closing requests are processed 5 business days prior to the closing date.
Closing letters are released 5 business days prior to the closing date (after approval by the Property Manager).

If the closing date is within 5 business days of the request for a closing letter, YOU MUST CONTACT CMA
at 404-835-8179. This request is subject to additional rush fees.
